Be excited, prepared, and confident to venture out this spring and harvest edible plants!  Learn how to find and identify four common and delicious, nutritious, springtime plants including ramps, fiddleheads, stinging nettle, and spruce tips from the comfort of your home.

We will cover foraging basics, identification, safety, cooking, preservation, technology, and look-alikes.
