Edible Springtime Plants 101 – Online Class

Be excited, prepared, and confident to venture out this spring and harvest edible plants!  Learn how to find and identify four common and delicious, nutritious, springtime plants including ramps, fiddleheads, stinging nettle, and spruce tips from the comfort of your home.

We will cover foraging basics, identification, safety, cooking, preservation, technology, and look-alikes.

Attendees will receive the recording and electronic copy of the presentation to keep. If you are unavailable at the time of the live presentation, you can watch the presentation on your own time.
