5-Course Wild Food Dinner and Foraging Presentation

Enjoy a fabulous 5-course wild food dinner in the Hunters Lodge at the MN Horse and Hunt Club while Chick of the Woods teaches you how to find and identify wild, edible springtime plants and mushrooms. Chef Andy Shrader will be cooking food that Chick of the Woods has foraged specifically for this meal and will explain each course utilizing many of the species we will be discussing. The menu is TBD until the week of the event as it depends on what foraged foods were found for this meal, but it will not be vegetarian.
Tickets are $125 and must be purchased at the MN Horse and Hunt Club’s website.
