Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 2026 Holiday Forest Fair. If you have already been notified by Chick of the Woods that your booth has been selected, please pay to confirm your space. You are not registered until you have paid.

Booth spaces will be assigned. We get cozy at this event and make do with the space we have. There is no extra space between you and your neighbor.

Tables are not provided. If you need to rent one, please indicate below. Some chairs may be available for vendors, but please plan on bringing your own chair as we can’t guarantee they will be available.

8' wide by 6' deep. We get cozy at this event and make do with the space we have. There is no extra space between you and your neighbor. These spaces are perfect for a 6' table with a foot of clearance on each side of your table. However, you are able to use the space as you wish without spilling over the edges. Please be respectful of your neighbor.

16' wide by 6' deep. This is a discounted price for two booth spaces, but does not include a corner booth. If you'd like two booths, and one of those being a corner booth, the discount does not apply. You must purchase a corner booth at $135 and a single booth at $95 for a total of $230.

4' wide x 6' deep (suitable for a 3' x 3' card table). A corner booth add-on is not available for a 1/2 booth.

1 Corner booth
1 booth space on the end of an aisle. If you'd like 2 booth spaces, and one of those being a corner, you must buy a corner booth plus a single booth at full price. ($135 for a corner booth plus $95 for a single booth = $230 total). Please note: some corner booths are near a door, which can get cold. The last ones to purchase the corner booths will be placed closer to the door.

Demo Room Booth Space
There is ample space on tables in the demonstration greenhouse. Everyone going to a demonstration would walk right by your work. The benefit is waaaaay more space that a typical booth space, however, there is only space available on the table tops and there is possibly less foot traffic. Please discuss with me before purchasing.
