DESCRIPTION:Maitake (also known as Hen of the Woods) is a prized mushroom you’ll find in many fine dining establishments —and luckily for us\, it can also be found right here in the forest each fall. With its rich\, earthy flavor and versatility in the kitchen\, maitake makes the perfect centerpiece for a seasonal gathering. And we have the perfect place to do just that – Big Rock Creek in St. Criox Falls Wisconsin.
