DESCRIPTION:Safely forage for edible plants and mushrooms! Mushrooms covered will include morel\, oyster\, and\npheasant back and plants including stinging nettle\, ramps\, and fiddlehead ferns. The class will begin with a presentation\, followed by a walk in the woods searching for edible species and ending with a light tasting of morel mushrooms. Foraging will be within 10 minutes of Jordan and we will be walking on uneven terrain. Bring home any mushrooms we find!
